Refund Policy

This policy applies to eligible purchases made directly through Sword Bilişim. Separate written agreements may define different commercial terms for enterprise or custom projects.

Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals. Refund eligibility for an already-started billing period depends on the product, usage and applicable consumer law.

Deposits, milestones and completed custom development work are generally non-refundable once the related work has been delivered or materially performed.

For digital products that are delivered or activated immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after access, download or license activation.

Send the order reference, account identifier and reason for the request to info@swordbilisim.com. Each request is reviewed according to the product terms and applicable law.
